• By participating in this campaign, users agree to the following terms and conditions:
• The campaign is organized by Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Ltd. (USFBL). Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

• Participants also stand a chance to attain 2 match tickets for every Mumbai Indians match, subject to eligibility criteria and winner selection process defined by the Bank.

• To be eligible for rewards, participants must:
  • Participate in 3 consecutive contests
  • Answer all 12 questions correctly (4 questions per contest)
• Winners will be shortlisted based on:
  • Meeting all eligibility criteria
  • Fastest completion time among eligible participants
• In case of a tie (same completion time), the Bank reserves the right to apply additional internal criteria to determine the winner.
• Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Ltd. (USFBL) shall not be held responsible for:
  • Any disputes related to winner selection
  • Gift availability, stock limitations, or substitutions
  • Non-delivery, delays, damage, or loss of gifts due to courier/logistics issues
  • Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated participant details
• The Bank reserves the right to:
  • Modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice
  • Substitute any gift with another of similar value in case of unavailability
  • Disqualify any participant found engaging in fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these terms
• All gifts are:
  • Non-transferable
  • Non-exchangeable
  • Not redeemable for cash or any other alternatives
• Participation is voluntary. By entering the campaign, users consent to the use of their name and basic details for winner announcements and promotional purposes, without additional compensation.
• Any claims, disputes, or clarifications related to the campaign shall be subject to the final decision of the Bank, which shall be binding and non-contestable.

• All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where the Bank’s registered office is located.
